I had 6 hours of sleep on my first night at home - My mum only got 4 hours!

The First Time…

• I smiled was when I was three weeks old.
• I slept throught the night was when I was eight weeks old.
• I sat up by myself was on 8th February 2003 - I was five months old.
• I tried solid food was when I was eight weeks old.
• I drank from a cup was 12th March 2003 (but I don’t really like cups).
• I crawled was 30th June 2003, but I prefer walking!
• I got my first tooth was 14th June 2003 - I was nine months old and my mum & dad were having a BBQ out the back.
• I took my first step was on 18th June 2003 - I was with my dad at the time.
• I got my first haircut was on 20th Jan 2004 - I went to Kiddies Kuts with mum and dad.
• My first words were “More”, “Money” and “Cat”.

My First Christmas

On christmas day I was three and a half months old. I got loads of presents and I had a great day. Everybody bought me lots of nice gifts including a big high chair, Baby Alfie and loads of fun toys for my bath.

My First Birthday

I had a big party in my house and I got a big huge bouncy castle. My mum made ice cream and cakes.

Special Occasions

27th September 2003 - I was two weeks old and I went to Michelle & Keith’s wedding. My Christening was on 16th February 2003. I went to my first baby party on 23rd May 2003. It was my friend Aoife’s party. She was one. In June 2003 I went on my holidays to Wexford with my mum and dad. They brought me to the sea-side and I also went swimming in the baths. I went to the Zoo for the first time on Sunday 1st June 2003 with my mum, Martin, Yvonne. My dad was working there. On 4th July my aunty Yvonne celebrated her birthday. Martin brought us all out for a meal to Wongs Restaurant ni Rathmines. Martin & Yvonne got engaged!

This is not really a special occasion - 28th July 2003

My first big bad bump on my head. I was standing in front of the fire place by myself. I slipped and banged my head. The lump was the size of a golf ball. Later that day my mum and dad brought me to Smiths Toy Superstore and I got Bear in the Big Blue House story teller toy. It was so cool!!
